Delivery & Returns
- Delivery is available for areas in the United Kingdom only.
- Delivery will be made via courier service within 3 working days once full payment has been received.
- We cannot guarantee delivery within 3 working days, particularly in busy periods such as Christmas, however we will make every effort to meet this deadline.
- Minimum delivery charge is £5.98 for UK orders.
- Delivery will be attempted a maximum of 3 times, if a note is left it is the customers responsibility to collect their parcel from the appropriate collection point before it is returned to us, in which case re-delivery will be charged again at full price if desired by the customer.
- Orders can be cancelled by midnight on the day of purchase and will be refunded if the products have not been dispatched.
- Returns can be made within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
- Products and packaging are the responsibility of the customer while in transit for any returned goods.
- You must first email us to be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number before returning any goods as we will not accept a return without a Returns Authorisation Number.
- You may be required to provide photographic and written evidence of any returns and breakages.
- Refunds will be made within 10 working days of the delivery of returned goods.
- This does not apply to items purchased/collected in store.
- This does not apply to items that have been ordered in especially for you.
- This does not apply to items that are perishable, such as some cocktails.
